Roadrunner’s Dial-A-Tire provides MyTireExpert, an excellent Road Hazard Program on every tire supplied and fitted. As part of the Road Hazard Program, we cover flat tire repairs and roadside flat tire changing assistance (FTCA). This Program is not restricted to coverage in the lower mainland but extends throughout Canada and the United States.

Our Program is supplied through Sonsio's service provider network of more than 26,000 independent tire stores and dealers throughout North America. When you can’t return to Roadrunner’s Dial-A-Tire for assistance, you can seek assistance by calling Sonsio for a referral to one of the locations in their network.

Benefits of Using Roadrunners Dial-A-Tire:

• Tires are covered with the MyTireExpert Road Hazard Program for 36 months from the date of tire purchase
• Flat tire repairs covered (up to $25.00)
• Tire replacements are covered up to the full original purchase price of the tire or the replacement tire cost, whichever is less (not to exceed $399.99 per tire) when the tire is damaged within the first 12 months (thereafter replacement coverage is prorated on remaining months)
• 24-hour roadside flat tire changing assistance covered (up to $75.00) for 24 months from the date of tire purchase
• Toll-free line for Sonsio's nationwide service provider network
