I just wanted to thank you again for coming to our rescue on Sunday. We did make it in time for the 9pm ferry and I really appreciate you coming to help us so quickly so we could finally get home. After our hellish ordeal with the airlines over the previous 2 days it was so nice to deal with someone who was friendly, courteous and efficient!
